I am so inspired

Excellent class. I watched it beginning to end and then started cooking, the bulgur bowl with the dukkah. I am mostly vegetarian and have made a lot of dishes before but tend to get stuck on a very limited range of dishes. Martha's class inspired me to try out new flavors and try something new more often.

Excellent Introduction To Vegetarian Cooking!

I'm vegan and I appreciated Rose making the effort to make suggestions for veganizing the Big Bowls. Usually it's just leaving out the cheese, but it's the thought that counts. ;-) All of the recipes look easy enough for even newer cooks to pull off successfully with Rose's direction and there's enough variety to give more experienced cooks something new to try. Absolutely Awesome!

The Big Bowl

I've only watched the first two lessons, but I have already learned so much. The instructor explains everything you need to know and throws in all kinds of tips. The recipes are healthy and most parts of the bowl dish can be made ahead of time. I tend to be a minimalist in the kitchen and this class is perfect for me. Thanks, Craftsy!

I've made three of the dishes so far. Mushroom ragout was a lot of work and my least favorite flavors. Mediterranean peppers was something new for me that I enjoyed making and eating. The recipes seem to have a winter flair but it's summer. The towel trick is awesome! I appreciated the introduction to new grains and bowl builds. Martha is a good teacher. I like when she said poaching eggs can be relaxing. That made me want to try it. Bravo! I learned a lot. I'd like to take another class ...
