This class is so practical. I learned a ton of new things. The best part is I have got some fabulous dinners that are chocked full of vegetables that the kids absolutely love. This is not making vegetables to be the side item. It is a full meal with protein, grains, greens, and veggies. I loved this class. I hope to see another class from Martha on Craftsy!

This class is great for meat-eaters as well

While it is a vegetarian class, it is great for carnivores too. You can always add a protein like chicken or beef or shrimp/seafood on top of the bowl. I loved this class and Martha Rose is the sweetest lady. So nice to see Farro being used as well. Great tips and definitely worth the time to take the class!

big bowls and great variety offered here

Martha Rose brings a wealth of knowledge to these lessons. Have made some of these recipes already, with great results. This may be the most useful class I've taken on Craftsy. You can vary these big bowls in so many ways. She was excellent at answering questions. We eat a lot of vegetarian meals at our house. I hope Ms. Shulman will come back for another class. Loved it.

Excellent content and presentation

As a new vegan (less than a year), I thoroughly enjoyed the different bowl combinations. Each lesson had useful tips that I hadn't heard before. I will be making all these bowls and then experimenting beyond them.

Delicious meals!

These are hearty and substantial vegetarian meals with a good balance of interesting ingredients. They are nice to look at with colorful ingredients, Martha is a very good teacher and takes time to explain things.

I did not follow the recipes exactly in that I increased amounts of everything and then had some large meals for the freezer, (9 cup size containers) which worked out very well according to the person who ate the final result.
