Big bowel cooking

I really enjoyed this class. I've never been able to cook rice or any grains for that matter but the teacher is wonderful and gives you many tips about the grains and how to cook them. The teacher is great and keeps the class interesting. This is not just for vegans., meat eaters will also enjoy this class Five stars. Thank you.

Big Bowls Big Flavor

I have been a fan of meals that incorporate everything into one bowl and am very glad I took this course. Martha is a great teacher. She gives clear direction and tips along the way. The tips on cooking beans, rice and grains was worth the price of the class. I now can build nutritious bowls for my family filled with flavor.

Fabulous!

This class is so practical. I learned a ton of new things. The best part is I have got some fabulous dinners that are chocked full of vegetables that the kids absolutely love. This is not making vegetables to be the side item. It is a full meal with protein, grains, greens, and veggies. I loved this class. I hope to see another class from Martha on Craftsy!

This class is great for meat-eaters as well

While it is a vegetarian class, it is great for carnivores too. You can always add a protein like chicken or beef or shrimp/seafood on top of the bowl. I loved this class and Martha Rose is the sweetest lady. So nice to see Farro being used as well. Great tips and definitely worth the time to take the class!
