Excellent Course!!!! Excellent Teacher!!!!

I have 3 of Peter's books which are great but the video lessons in this class take my bread knowledge & bread baking to a much higher level. I just hope Peter comes out with more lessons on this great platform, like sourdough etc.

Excellent teacher, wonderful class

I have mostly taken knitting classes from Craftsy-this is my first complete baking class. I really liked the balance between theory and practice. The oil method has really changed my life, and resulted in much, much better bread. I found Peter to be a terrific teacher, and really enjoyed the class

excellent class

It's been a year since I revisited the art of bread making... I did have a bread class before in culinary school and was not able to master any bread lol... coz im more interested in making cakes... but I'm glad to have found this class and changed my way of looking at bread making... now, it's holidays, I'd been making bread almost everyday since this class and I'm loving it... thank u so much for this.

A Bread Baking Encyclopedia

In this excellent dynamic class,Peter Reinhart teaches a wealth of bread baking information that will motivate, inform, and challenge novice to advanced home bread bakers. Having read and baked from many of Peter's bread cookbooks, I find this class both a treat and joy.
