I Will Never Buy French Bread Again

Literally. I've been baking bread on and off for 30 years and while I've gotten better results recently following the "no knead" method described by Mark Bitman in the new York Times, nothing compares with the results I've achieved from this course. At $2 for a so-so loaf here in New York, this class has paid for itself after only a few batches of dough. I really never thought it was possible to produce bread of this quality using a home oven. At $19.95 this was well worth it.
