I am so excited to be here at Craftsy to share my love of pastries and cake decorating with you. In my new online Craftsy class, Topsy-Turvy Cake Construction, learn how to make my gravity-defying (well, almost), whimsical, many-tiered cakes. We'll start with a sketch and review design considerations. Then we bake! From there, learn how to use wide and narrow angles, construct a support system using each tier's calculations, fix errors with simple tricks, and much more.
