Scrap quilting class May 16, 2012
I love the fact that Pepper is humble in confessing she is self taught. This is what makes her such a great teacher: she has been "through the mill" and her approach reflects it. I took quilting classes before but always left unsatisfied, for fear of asking "stupid questions". Pepper puts me at ease.
She is a great motivator and has allowed me to gain the confidence to venture further and further in my quilting experiments.

Pepper Cory has been a great motivator in helping me deal with all the scraps I have saved over the past 20+ years. I think the story of the fabric factory was excellent and I really love the phone book technique. An Excitement in my Life May 15, 2012
I have needed some direction in my quilting and Pepper Cory has really given it to me. I have gotten so excited about quilting, I have actually been dreaming of quilt squares! I see EVERYTHING from a quilting perspective now. I so loved doing the phonebook quilt, one day I sat down to a seven hour marathon of sewing. I was having so much fun! I loved the fact that Pepper is so relaxed and down-to-Earth about her quilting - I'll bet she is that same way about her life! It is so refreshing to have someone who truly ENJOYS what she is doing and isn't stressed about perfection or some sort of competition! I make quilts to relax and enjoy the creative process, but I find many classes (although they would never admit it) are training grounds for winning awards. I really enjoy Pepper's classes. I enjoy her instructions, her lectures, tips. I love her style of teaching and last but not least her nice voice! I can't wait to start sewing even with my 5 months baby who is so demanding. I love Pepper's course and I hope that there will be new other projects with her!
