I have a great appreciation for the traditional handwork from previous centuries. Many of the handicrafts began out of necessity and then became known for their beauty. I have enjoyed the traditional handwork of crocheting for over 40 years and have taught the craft to most ages as well. I especially enjoy designing items for babies and children. Many of the items that I design become family heirloom keepsakes when made. My designs are of traditional items that I have updated with a modern style and I use color to enhance each piece to be handmade. It is important to me to give time and attention to detail in designing my patterns. I enjoy crochet pattern designing and have designed many crochet patterns. After receiving many requests to purchase my patterns, I am preparing them for sale. All my patterns have been tested and the Portable Document Format (pdfs) have been edited for clarity and have been set up visually to be user friendly.
