My wonderful amazing Great Aunt Billie Louise whom I was named after taught me to crochet when I was ten. That started my love of hand crafts. I then learned to knit as a child as well. After my second child was born I learned to sew from a fellow nurse. I made many clothes for my daughter and then made and sold nursing scrub tops for friends at work.
