I started sewing a few years ago, when a friend suggested we take a community ed class together. Before I knew it, I was hooked on making clothes for myself, pillows and small quilts. Gorgeous fabrics, the hum of the machine, the pride of (still!) wearing things I've made with my own hands... it's all addictive.
