I just turned 50 in Oct. '12 , Just went back to school after graduatingin 1980 , I decided to re educate myself in the Art of Pastrey / Culinary at my local community college .., a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Before returning to classes , I started with some basic Wilton classes in my area .., very interested in piping and buttercreme. I would love to also learn a variey of designs/ techniques to creating lovely cakes etc.
