I got started with cake decorating at 16 as an apprentice at a local bakery in Brooklyn, NY. I wanted to attend a culinary school but I was too young. So some years after(now) I continued my passion and started a small Custom Cake Decorating business to make other people happy the way I feel happy when taking out a fresh cake out the oven.
