I Love working with Fondant and Sugar making all types of 3D cakes. I starting making my cakes with Whip Cream until one day a friend of mine ask me to make a Bridal Shower cake using Fondant. I've never made a cake using fondant but I was always watching shows like Food Network, Cake Boss and Ace of Cakes. I figured I'd give it a try and my creations took off from that point on!
