I have always been a crafty person,I guess sewing is where I started, with my Granny about 6 yrs old making quilts(helping)then in school I found out I was really good at it. I started making all my own clothes about grade 8-9
and doing a bit of sewing for others. Then wedding dress and bridemaids. Then I got married and there was lots to sew there lots of kids. Then I took a class in pottery, it was fun but I was not really good at it.Then I learned to crochet and knit, I made a whole wardwear for a doll for my daughter, it all had to match, with botties and hats for all. I did a little jewelery making with glass, cheap beads, linen Macromae. I learned to stretch and sew in there
somewhere that was good for the kids. I always sewed. I did a stint at cross stitch, and I returned to my roots and got a serger and embroidery machines, learned to make quilts of my own and I am sure not finished with that. Then I recieved a chunk of money and decieded to do something I always wanted to do MAKE REAL JEWELERY, I wanted Jewels or stones and gold and silver. So I am hard at it and the tourch is really pulling at me.
