I have been sewing since I was in junior high. I don't much like "crafting" per se--I don't like glue! But, sewing and I have a love/hate relationship. If I can pull off a garment or a costume piece or a decor item: LOVE. If it comes out ugly: HATE.

This blouse is cute (the Sassy Librarian with Christine Haynes). I like the boat neck and the summer appropriateness. I've never taken an on-line class before and I was reluctant to spring for it but it was worth it, even though I knew the basic skills, such as setting in sleeves or making a collar. I learned some new techniques and reviewed some standard ones.
I know I'll use this pattern again and again. Christine Haynes is a great designer, teacher and mentor. Thank-you, Christine.
