I have a background that includes design for various quilting magazines back in the l980's. My specialty is applique but my focus more recently has been hand- piecing and hand-quilting and finishing. I am also exploring foundation-piecing on paper that I find improves piecing accuracy. I once did custom work for clients but no longer work for others. My avatar is a photo of one of my own designs, a version of "Drunkard's Path", made from polka-dot fabric and embellished with a 3-D version of a poppy flower. Making quilts is my passion, my "Addiction of Choice"!
