It all began when I witnessed a group of ladies having a great time together in the back of a bus on a one hour commute in a large city 20 years ago. They were having the best time cross stitching. As time went on, cross stitching grew into the love of quilting. Most recently my local quilting sit-n-sew club decided to show up with knitting needles all in tow one night. One lady happened to have two extra needles and yarn and felt led to teach me, and wouldn't take no for an answer. I'm hooked on knitting, but not willing to let go of my passion for quilting or what started it all, cross stitching.
