I am a certified chef de patissier. I specialize in french pastries and custom made cakes. I love to sew, scrap booking, constructing doll houses. My background is actually in accounting which I sometimes miss but you just gotta love the look of a finished cake! The smiles on the faces of the little ones when they see their cake is priceless and I wouldn't trade that for anything.
