Learned to knit and crochet before I was 10. Started making some of my clothes when I was 15 and home dec sewing at 21. Didn't start quilting until I was 43. I still love to knit and crochet and I also embroider and love cross-stitch, but quilting has become my main outlet. I have also been known to make jewelry, stain glass, and candles. In my "spare" time I cook and garden. Needless to say, I work to pay for all my hobbies.
