My mother taught me to sew, crochet and we learned to knit together. Sewed for my 5 children then 14 years before I retired my husband and I tried doing craft shows. Him making in oak all kinds of home accessories and I added knitting, embroidery and crochet. When we retired thinking this was to much for us we started going to Mission TX at an RV park and I started a boutique handling all the tee shirts and jackets with the park logo and all sorts of fun stiff that retired people like. I finally got a lady to take over and now I have been doing quilts for each of my grandchildren when they graduation from High School. Just have one more girl and that will make 8 completed so far. With all that hand work also retired as a typesetter printer for a local newspaper for 29 years I had the typical problem, carpal tunnel and just 2 1/2 months ago had the carpal tunnel and also reconstruction of my right thumb. Now you know about me. I have enjoy your workshop on quilting on your home sewing machine. I thank you I have picked up several tips as well as doing the quilting a little easier than I was doing.
