I tried a fondant flower class in 2012 but did not like it. A year later i decided to make a fondant cake for an anniversary before giving all my equipment. I spent a week on the net learning and struggling with lots of questions. My final cake had plastic flowers on it! But now 10 months later, i am selling my cakes!
