I always had a crafter around me, as a start, my mom is very talented and can do anything she start to imagine. I started with cross stitch, and my favorite thing to do is baby gifts to give to my family or friend with a new baby on the way, but I also did many items for kitchen and decoration. My mom is passionated about country crafts and always purchased american decoration magazines to get inspired. Through this, I started seeing patchwork and fell in love for it. Here in Brazil, which is a country with a lot of creativity trends and crafts, patchwork has been the favorite for the past 3 or 4 years, so it´s easier now to find good supplies to make it (even knowing that here it costs much more than in US). I started to make some felt things too, because is easy and quick to get it done. But my favourite thing now and goal is to learn how to crochet, so I am always researching for new trends and materials. Unfortunatelly I work too much and don´t have time to craft a lot, but at least Im trying to learn a new skill.
