My grandmother was a seamstress so I was born into my love of custom clothing. As a quirky kid in high school, the bulk of my wardrobe was remade or retailored vintage clothing from thrift shops. I picked up knitting much later in life and in the last 4 years have rediscovered a love of crochet. As I like to think of myself as a modern day pioneer woman, I now spin and dye my own yarn as well.
