I always liked to bake from a young age and it turned into a hobby when I hit my secondary school days. Went to culinary school and the desire to be a pastry chef was overwhelming. So I went on to work at very high end restaurants in pastry and one day I decided to open my own shop. The Cupcake Factory was created in 2009 and 3 years later here I am taking in as many classes as possible to broaden my knowledge in the cake decorating field.
