My precious Mama taught me how to knit and crochet before I was 10 years old. We had such fun in the learning process. She was so patient and loving, bless her heart. I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Maine where it was a much slower paced life and being creative and self sufficient was what most of us wanted.
Knowing how to knit and crochet has brought such joy into my life and opened the door to my love for creating, expressing my inner self and my love for life.
As time went by, I learned many other forms of art such as high-speed engraving and carving on several mediums; one of my favorites being egg shells. Also, turning wood on a wood lathe, micro-sandblasting, woodburning, sewing, machine embroidery, hand embroidery, oil painting, writing poetry and songs, singing and the list goes on.
Once you believe in yourself and open your mind to the possibilites life holds, there seems to be no limit as to what you can do.
