My passions are quilting, machine embroidery, reading, and gardening, I love to spend time with my husband, and our family especially our six grandchildren. I taught myself to sew when I was sixteen. One of my first part-time jobs was in a fabric store. It was there that I became addicted to the therapy of fabric's colors and textures. When life becomes stressful, I turn to sewing to ease the struggles in my soul.
