I have been sewing since childhood. My mother ALWAYS sewed, and I finally got her to teach me by junior high. I only sewed clothing until I got married, then started quilting (also instigated by Mom...hmmm). I taught myself to knit a few years ago with help from the internet. I also love to cook and read.
