I've been sewing since I was very young, probably about 7 years old. It started with Barbie clothes and stuffed toys, and later progressed to people clothes. I have a diploma in Fashion Design and have been working in the fashion industry for the past 25 years. I have experience in design, patternmaking, quality assurance, communication with manufacturers, and merchandising.

My favorite items to make are stuffed toys; it will always amaze me to see a piece of fabric become something you can hold and admire and sometimes adore.
When creating a doll, the look can change immensely just by the fabric chosen, making each doll unique. This is a wonderful process for the designer in me.
For the kid in me nothing beats a furry, squishy, huggable, lovable stuffed animal.
