I made my first quilt, a log cabin quilt as you go project, about 30 years ago. That was it until I retired two years ago. I thought I didn't have time while I worked a demanding full-time job. My mother, grandmother, great grandmother, several aunts, and a few friends were quilters. I suppose I got the "bug" from them.
