I learned to knit & crochet from You Tube tutorials early in 2011 and I LOVE it so much! My husband was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma last year and went through a tough time with chemo and a back brace body armor becuse some of his vertebrae were broken. It was a long hard year and my knitting and crochet got me through countless hours of chemo, hospital visits and tests. My husband is doing great with no sign of Lymphoma and we are so thankful to God for all His kindness to us!
My husband & I have 9 children and 14 grand-children and we are retired. I have knitted 7 top down raglan sweaters so far. The knitted top down raglan style are by far my favorite patterns ever. You don't have to look like sponge bob with rectangle patterns anymore... = ) I also love to knit & crochet slouch beanies & berets, scarves, sweaters, baby hats & cocoons, and blankets.
