I am a wife, mom, an OR nurse, baker, cook and lover of textiles and yarns. My mom taught me to sew when I was young, but I didn't sew much for many years of working full time and raising my family. Now that my kids are grown, I have rediscovered my love of sewing and knitting. You can't keep me out of my sewing room (really my dining room:)) and I have really been enjoying my new found activity of quilting!
