Here are some details about my project:

Type Home Decor

What materials did you use? My own Hand dyed fabrics and commercial fabrics, 80/20 fusible batting, aurifil cotton threads: n.12 and n.28.

What are you most proud of? I finally used some of my hand dyed and text fabric and i quilted the piece with Aurifil Mako' n.28 and 12, two heavy threads tha give a lot of texture to the quilt. I am also so proud that my hubby, Vincent wants the piece for his office!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Use fabric that is different, african, bold patterns, Japanese, something you would not use on a quilt that will serve as a "cover". Be adventuros and you will not be disappointed. This pattern will help any beginnersto start using a design wall.
