Not paying a fortune for a snowsuit to be used once for under an hour!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Make use of the existing hems on the jumper whenever they are useful. Do put hems on raw cut edges - it probably won't fray, but it will stretch and go out of shape if left unstabilised. Don't hot wash, as felt can continue shrinking even after being really well felted!
