Wolves

Pattern Info

This project was designed by Rainbowswt.
Info can be found at:

None. I just placed fabric where it fit best.

Instructions

This pattern was made of 4 long prints and 8 square prints fit together with designed wolf fabric in the space between the long prints and square prints
for balance. I used free motion stitching so threads did not cover the faces of the animals. Most stitching is in the dark fur, trees and plants.

Difficulty:

Category: Quilting

Type of item: Home Decor

For: Unisex

Style: Outdoorsy

Materials

The quilt is all cotton with poly batting. The prints are panel fabric with free motion stitching.

What was your inspiration?

I had seen a quilt with wolves on it , but did not like it and wanted one made my way.
The free motion inspired me to do it that way so thread was not covering the wolf faces

What are you most proud of?

Learning the free motion stitching and having it come out right

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Just use fabrics you love and place them until you like it. I use a lot of paper and pencil work first.
