What was your inspiration?
I found a broken vintage necklace at a thrift store and loved the white beads. I am really into wire wrapped rings lately.
What are you most proud of?
Reusing the bead from the necklace. Plus finding the necklace. It was in the middle of a very busy sidewalk sale with lots of women digging through bins.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Use the tutorial I wrote - it's got very detailed step-by-step instructions and close of photos of each step. It's set up so you succeed and once you get through it a couple of times, you'll really get great at it, and probably become addicted.
Always keep your eyes open for interested beads at thrift stores and yard sales! You never know what you're going to find!
