What was your inspiration?

I am an avid beachcomber, and I am constantly bringing inspiring bits of the beach home. I also love combining my found treasures with contrasting materials and items that I create. Love the contrasts/ warm wood and cool glass/ The icy look of the trees and the beach driftwood/ the pristine glass and the tossed and tumbled driftwood

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

There are many ways to fuse glass- but I use a kiln and have great results. Make a variety of pieces and allow them to speak to you!
