What was your inspiration?
The inspiration was that beautiful Hoffman fabric with the silver metallic trees. I just didn't want to cut into it so decided to feature a whole fabric width of it uncut and just add enough patchwork to the ends to make the runner as long as I needed for my buffet table.
What are you most proud of?
I like the monochromatic color scheme. Sometimes it is hard to just just the right color in some values, but I was very pleased with this.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Paper piecing the triangles made for an easy design.
