Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I used 100% whole wheat white flour.

What are you most proud of? Out of curiosity, I wanted to test the White Whole Wheat in pasta. I used 3/4 c of flour per egg. The gluten appears to be more "constipated" compared to AP flour, and my pasta "dance" looked more like a gym-machine workout, rather than a graceful back-and-forth hip-swayin' Italian entertainer. I am pretty impressed with the outcome, however.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? White whole wheat flour doesn't behave the same as All-Purpose flour. It has a milder taste and is less grainy compared to traditional whole wheat; yet, one receives the same nutritious benefits.
