What was your inspiration?
I am wearing my grandmother's lace wedding dress for my own wedding.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Vintage-Inspired Veils for the Modern Bride has some great tips on how to get started. I would highly recommend it. Then just give it a go. I spent hours laying out the pieces, adding a little bit, moving it around. In the end it was very quick assemble but the fun is in the playing around.
