I will be teaching a couple of hands on master classes here in California, in the San Francisco Bay Area specifically, in early February 2013.
I say "master class" not necessarily because of skill level (all skill levels are welcome!)- but more so because it's a rare opportunity to spend 3 days - in an intimate, personalized, hands on environment that will truly allow you to take your skills to the next level. It is truly going to be an extraordinary experience and I am so looking forward to working with people who are as dedicated and passionate about the art of sugar craft as I am!
