Review the instructions for wire wrapped loops first.

This is great project for practicing wire wrapped loops. For a small investment of time, you can create wardrobe of looks for single pair of loops.

Materials

22 gauge silver filled wire, 20 gauge sterling silver (half hard) wire for the loops (or you can use a narrow purchased loop, an assortment of beads or crystals). Tools: chain nose pliers, round nose pliers, flush cutters, bench block and chasing hammer, crimpers For the loops I used a ring mandrel in addition to the tools above. If you purchase simple sleeper style loops, you will not need this.
