Instructions
No special instructions really, just follow the instructions.I added horsehair braid to the hem for a fuller effect on the skirt.
Also, to make the skirt stand out the bride added a crinoline slip which we had to shorten for length.

Materials
I used a poly shantung for the fashion fabric and a casa fabric lining. I,also, used a 3" horsehair braid at the hem.
What was your inspiration?
This was a client that actually knew what she wanted. she brought the fabric, purchased the pattern off e-bay, and the antique buckles were purchased off of e-bay also. She just knew what she wanted to look like for her second wedding.

What are you most proud of?
I am so proud that I was able to give her exactly what she wanted and she was extremely satisfied!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
It's a great idea to do a complete muslin first.
If I had to do it all over again, I would have made sure that the bodice length had a better fit.
Vintage dresses were a "perfect fit" in those days.
