What was your inspiration?
The working teardrop locket was the starting point.
What are you most proud of?
I didn't give up on the mixed-media insert. I used a non-resin dimensional glaze just as the weather turned cold here in Missouri, and it took over a week for the cloudiness to go away. It finally turned clear! Now I know to wait until it's warmer...
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Use the right material for the job, at the right temperatures!
