The hand painted coffin lid was made of a sheet of icing it will need several weeks to dry hard before it can rest on the coffin. This cake is a take your time and allow things to dry thoroughly before construction cake.Difficulty:

Red velvet cake, chocolate cake, royal icing, moulded icing. I hand painted the coffin lid in food colouring. The coffin was a red velvet cake which bled when cut. The stone flooring was chocolate cake.
