What was your inspiration?
Despicable Me Movie, Valentine's Day, Sugar Sculptures, Flowers, making it 100% edible (no wires, skewers/dowels, etc.)
What are you most proud of?
I'm very proud of the outcome of our sculpture. Me and my teammates had never made a sugar sculpture like this before and it actually held up!
I had also never made any of these flowers before and they wouldn't have come out so well if it hadn't been for this Craftsy class. Thank you Chef Lodge!
