I made these for every holiday for all ages..
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Fun holiday gift. I wash and dry the fabric before sewing so all shrinkage before sewing. I only use Kona cotton for the border and sashing. I have found using other solid cottons - there is too much shrinkage.
