Is the underlining iron-on and what is the name/source of the nylon Tricot that you have used? Your top looks very nice.

The underlining is not a fusible, it is the fabric underwear is made from. I ordered it from Nancy's Notions. I was going to make a camisole but this is much more comfortable. . I also had a slip I never wore and used it to underline another shirt.

What a beautiful job and a great idea to underline with underwear fabric! Is the lining hem attached to the garment hem, or is the bottom open?

Thank you, I sew the shoulders, then finish the neck, and set in the sleeves treating the lining and fabric of the t-shirt as one (wrong sides together) then the lining was cut 1 inch shorter, then hemmed 1 inch. next i sew the side seams treating lining and fabric as one. Last I hem the t-shirt 1 inch. The hems hang loose. Cheers Pat
