What was your inspiration?
My twin daughters are turning 4 tomorrow, and I wanted to make some summer dresses that would match but not completely.
What are you most proud of?
These dresses are the first ones I used my new serger on. I have never used a serger before (rather using zig zag stitch on a regular sewing machine) but I am proud to tell you that after 40 minutes of sweating while trying to even just thread that serger I realize that my fears were not founded!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Find 2 different pieces of fabric that would go well with each other and have fun with them!
