Instructions

I wanted to make a tutu for my granddaughter to go with the Strawberry (Shortcake) cap and legwarmers (pattern). This particular tutu has a 20 inch circumference at the waist, and I wove in a ribbon (which I may change out for a wider ribbon), so it can be cinched in a little if need be.

What was your inspiration?

I wanted something more to go with The Strawberry Cap and Legwarmers (pattern) for my granddaughter's 2nd birthday.

What are you most proud of?

I like that it has a soft feel at the waist, not the scratchy tulle. Now to see if I can reproduce the crocheted part. I'm a much better knitter than crocheter (crocheting sometimes totally dumfounds me!!!)
