What was your inspiration?

Tunisian crochet has some interesting and nice stitches/possibilities that I had been curious about. It was offered as a class at crochetville.org late last year, and I finally took it.

What are you most proud of?

This is my first attempt at Tunisian crochet, and I was able to follow the pattern and finish the project.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

You will need an afghan/Tunisian crochet hook and some patience. I crochet by holding the hook like a pencil, but this method requires one to hold it by placing the hand over the hook and wrapping the fingers around the hook. Practice by following the videos on youtube. They are a great place to start.
