What advice would you give someone starting this project?
I took the Wilton fondant course over 10 years ago and have never worked with fondant since. Thank you so much Marina, by taking your course, I had the confidence to try to work with fondant for this cake. I think the tire was much easier. The fondant on the truck was too soft...I need to learn/figure out how to fix that if I'm going to do something like this again.
