What was your inspiration?
My husband loves to play video games, but he has poor circulation and his hands are always getting too cold. Voila! Fingerless gloves that keep his hands warm but leave his fingers able to push buttons and pull triggers, promoting virtual gore! yay!
What are you most proud of?
I'm proud of the fingers. It was my first time making individual tubes for the fingers instead of one large hole, like fingerless mitts.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Don't get scared when dividing the stitches for the fingers. it looks intimidating, but it's actually simple after you do it a couple times. Much to my discomfort, it was the math of dividing all the stitches up to fit around each finger that made me squint. But I did it and so can you!
