does the tinker tote work as a shoulder bag? Is the opening large enough?

I meant Is the opening large enough with a heavy winter jacket

11/15/2013 Flag

Yes!! I don't know about a super puffy coat, but I'm 5'10" and not exactly petite, and the bag fits over my coats, no problem!!

thanks Tara Im signed up now have to figure out how to construct the actual pattern with a printer that is down... will try emailing to my husband at work... cant wait to start

Oh I can't email it.... what is the best way to get the larger,, one piece pattern ... need more info on this...

11/18/2013 Flag

Hi! I'm sorry I'm just seeing this! I save the larger file to a USB thumb drive or jump drive and take it to FedEx Office. Or your husband could open your craftsy account from his computer and print it for you.

What an adorable bag. I must have missed the posting of this class going to have to go and check, out. See you online soon Tara.

Where can I get just the pattern?

03/26/2014 Flag

The pattern is exclusive to the Craftsy class. It often goes on sale, though, so keep your eyes out, as that brings the price in line with other printed bag patterns.
